Actually reminded me a lot of Claire Denis's Let the Sunshine In but for twenty-somethings, although that could just be recency bias. I'm a big fan of the 1:1 aspect ratio, the weird app interludes and the Taiwanese TV show at the beginning are great. Yeah, it's a character study, but it's one of the better ones I've seen in months. Visually engrossing, beautifully acted, painful and raw.
