A very well-shot film with a beautiful colour pallette that presents quite a simplistic narrative with enough subtle elements to make it linger on in one's memory. In the press notes for the film the director refers to the plot as the human condition on a micro scale and, whilst it does attempt to grapple with the notion of guilt, the film succeeds most when reminding us how young these characters are and the fleeting nature of innocence in youth.
